The Contemplative Vision
Program of Benet Hill Monastery is part of the network of International
Contemplative Outreach, LTD. Participants receive basic instruction in
the practice of Centering Prayer, a deeper
understanding of the historical roots of prayer in the Christian tradition and
community support in making this prayer a daily practice. This program
focuses on the inner journey of conversion and transformation and examines the
process of healing the human condition through the "Divine Therapy" of Centering
Prayer.

THE SPIRITUAL JOURNEY SERIES
- 2010/2011
In the Spiritual Journey series
there are five courses of 6-week classes. Participants may sign up at the
beginning of each course. Students who did not complete the series in
previous years are welcome to sign up for courses as they are able. The
required texts can
be purchased at Benet Hill Center office.

Models of the Human
Condition
This course focuses on the

Spiritual Journey
Develops the
daily spirituality of transformation that flows from the consistent
practice of Centering Prayer.

Introductory workshop, Courses 1

with God and the video script.

Spiritual Journey - Course 4:
2 hours per class
Contemplation: The
Divine Therapy
Continues the inner journey in
Contemplation and the Divine Therapy.
Prerequisite: Introductory workshop, Courses 1, 2
and 3

Spiritual Journey - Course 5: 2
hours per class
Divine Love: The
Heart of the Christian Spiritual Journey
Focuses on
Divine Love as it deepens
in the consistent practice of Centering Prayer.
