 What is
Spiritual Direction? Read reflections
compiled from many different faith traditions regarding the practice of
Spiritual Direction.
Many people desire a person to reflect
with them about their spiritual journey, or to lead and encourage them as they
explore a new aspect of their spirituality. When we talk things over with
someone who can help us see our everyday life experience through the eyes of
faith, we are receiving Spiritual Direction. The primary focus in a
spiritual direction session is our relationship with God, and the
integration of that relationship into our lives.
Benet Pines and Benet Hill Monastery have
each become known as a place where individual spiritual direction is not only
available, but a priority.
The majority of men and women who come for regular spiritual direction schedule appointments on a
monthly basis. It is
necessary to call ahead to arrange a
spiritual direction session.
Suggested Donation: $35-$55 per 1-hour
session

counseling. It is a sacred time for us to come together to listen to God. The
goal is to be present to each other for the purpose of your spiritual growth."
