The A Model is the smallest of the homes to be built in the Sanctuary of Peace Residential Community. This home features one bedroom with an attached full bath and walk-in closet, a den/study with an adjacent three-quarter bath, an open living/dining/kitchen area and an optional gas fireplace and a well-designed laundry/pantry/mud room leading to an attached single-car garage with pull down stairs accessing a storage area above. There is a covered porch to the rear of this home.
