Sisters Thrift & Boutique

A place of hope and hospitality for the world.

We are open,  following the guidelines below.

We are also accepting donations now!

Our store will be practicing safe protocols for the customers, employees and volunteers.

Things you need to know:

  • all customers must wear a mask while in the store
  • 10 customers will be allowed in the store at any one time as we are practicing safe social distancing of 6  feet
  • all staff and volunteers will be wearing masks
  • sanitary store “wipe downs” will occur frequently
  • we will be operating with regular store hours

We have made this decision in a continued effort to keep our customers, staff and volunteers safe and healthy during this time of uncertainty.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

In September, 2012 Benet Hill Monastery opened a local store called Sisters’ Thrift & Boutique. All proceeds from this store support the works and ministries of the Benet Hill Sisters.

The store is located in Colorado Springs at 8674 N. Union in the Union Center just three doors south of Safeway grocery store. Sisters’ Thrift & Boutique sells upscale used clothing and household goods donated by the community.

"Thrift & Boutique" Celebrate their 6th Anniversary

On Thursday, September 6th, Sisters’ Thrift & Boutique celebrated their 6th anniversary with a wine and cheese jewelry party. Ticketed guests were given an exclusive opportunity to purchase vintage, Native American and estate Jewelry while enjoying a glass of wine! Besides many wonderful pieces of fine jewelry, guests were able to shop the entire inventory of Sisters’ Thrift & Boutique. As guests socialized with sisters from Benet Hill Monastery, several guests became the lucky recipients of gift baskets. Thank you to all the neighborhood merchants who donated and to Mary Whalen (Marketing)for soliciting the many items.

The celebration continued on Friday and Saturday with sales and refreshments provided by volunteers. As customers entered the store, they were asked to participate in a survey and given a chance to win a gift basket. Many customers were eager to share their shopping experiences and provided many positive comments. We are grateful to loyal customers who support the retired Sisters of Benet Hill Monastery through donations and purchases at the boutique! We look forward to seeing you at our 7th anniversary.
