Settle in and relax

Spacious, comfortable and one level, the handicapped accessible layout enables guests with mobility concerns to retreat to the pine forest. The five bedrooms have comfortable chairs, large closets, and four bedrooms have writing desks.

Welcome

The monastery is located at 7,300′. The altitude could affect persons with pulmonary and cardiac conditions. Please check with your physician prior to completing retreat arrangements.

Air conditioning is not necessary at this altitude. Window fans and fans are provided, and there is an overhead fan in the kitchen.

Yes, the utility room includes a washer, dryer, clothes basket, and supplies.

A large bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, shower mat and hand soap are provided for use in the bathroom. Though we do have some sample size bottles of toiletries, we ask that guests provide their own soap, shampoo, etc.

Sheets and other bedding are provided with additional bedding located in the closet. Clothes hangers and fans are also stored in the closet. Bedrooms are uniquely furnished with beds, reading chairs, lamps, bedside tables, bureaus, and writing desks.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stovetop with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, a variety of cooking supplies, and dining and cooking utensils.

Yes, a telephone is located in the kitchen / dining area as cell phone coverage can be spotty.

Yes, wifi is available at Pinehaven and information on connecting is provided.

Yes, there is a large monitor screen with HDMI adapability.
